Nissan Rogue:
Rogue receives a 2008 IIHS Top Safety Pick Award [1] To receive an Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) TOP SAFETY PICK, a vehicle must earn the highest possible rating (Good) in each of the front, side, and rear impact tests performed by the IIHS. The front impact test is a 40 mph offset crash into a deformable barrier. During the side impact test, the vehicle is struck by a barrier that represents an average-sized SUV moving at 31 mph. The rear impact test simulates a stationary vehicle being struck in the rear at 20 mph. In addition to test performance, the vehicle must also be equipped with head protection air bags and have available electronic stability control.

Calling it "ideal for those who want a more enthusiastic driving experience" Consumers Digest selected the 2009 Rogue as a winner of their Automotive Best Buy Award in the Compact SUVs category. Consumers Digest liked Rogue's lively acceleration, accommodating interior and standard safety features. [5]

Nissan Rogue Wins AutoPacific® 2008 Vehicle Satisfaction Award for Compact Crossover SUV
Rogue won the AutoPacific 2008 Vehicle Satisfaction Award in the hotly contested Compact Crossover SUV segment. The AutoPacific survey found that Rogue scored highest with owners in Reliability/Dependability followed by Fuel Economy/Gas Mileage, Safety Features, Exterior Styling and being Fun to Drive. [2]

Parents Magazine teamed up with Edmunds.com to select the safest and most family-friendly cars for 2008. In naming Rogue one of its Best Family Cars for 2008, the magazine found, The brand-new Rogue has two irresistible qualities: a sleek, modern design and a very modest sticker price. And the advanced transmission makes for a quiet ride and quick acceleration, so its a blast to drive. [4] Certainly, any parents dream.

2009 Versa Wins Consumers Digest Best Buy Award Third Year in a Row
Consumers Digest called it "...spacious and well appointed," when they selected the 2009 Versa as a winner of their Automotive Best Buy Award in the Small Car category. Finding this small car exceptional in a lot of ways, Consumers Digest noted Versas abundant interior space and quality, plus a powerful yet efficient engine getting up to 33 mpg on the highway. [1]

Nissan Versa Wins AutoPacific® 2008 Ideal Vehicle Award for Economy Car
In the annual Ideal Vehicle Awards (IVA), owners rate their new 2008 model year cars and trucks by how closely they come to their ideal, as measured by 15 key vehicle attributes. The cars or trucks that owners would change the least are the most ideal. 2009 Altima Wins Consumers Digest Best Buy Award
Naming the Altima a sportier alternative in the midsize segment, Consumers Digest selected the 2009 Altima as a winner of their Automotive Best Buy Award in the Family Cars category. Consumers Digest complimented Altima's aggressive handling, smooth and seamless CVT transmission, roomy interior and high-tech options. [2]

2008 Altima Hybrid Earned US EPA SmartWay® Elite Certification.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Green Vehicle Guide gives all light duty vehicles two emissions scores: a Greenhouse Gas Score and an Air Pollution Score. The scores range from 1 to 10, with 10 being the least polluting. Altima Coupe received at least a 9 on both emissions scores to earn SmartWay® Elite certification.

Nissan Quest Wins AutoPacific 2007 Vehicle Satisfaction Award for Minivans
Perhaps the most controversial entry in the conservative Minivan market, Quest owners love their vehicle. Quest owners find it to be Fun to Drive (at least relative to the other vehicles in the segment), and they rate Power/Acceleration highly. Quest ratings for Entry and Exit are excellent. Showing that they were looking for something different, owners rate Image higher than other vehicles in the Minivan segment. [1]

The all-new Nissan Murano is rated a best overall performer in front, side and rear tests among midsize SUV models. To become a TOP SAFETY PICK, a vehicle must earn the highest rating (Good) in all three tests. Performing well in the frontal test is based on a 40-mph frontal offset crash into a deformable barrier. Side testing is based on performance when the side of a vehicle is struck by a barrier moving at 31 mph, rating the effectiveness of standard front and rear head curtain air bags and standard front-seat mounted torso air bags. Rear tests simulate a collision of a stationary vehicle struck in the rear at 20 mph.

Titan:
Titan wins second consecutive Popular Mechanics truck test
Popular Mechanics knows a good truck. The competition must know, too, because after Titan's previous victory in Popular Mechanics Pickup Truck Comparison Test, all four competitors redesigned their full-size pickups. No matter the Titan remained Popular Mechanics first full-size pickup choice for the second consecutive time. As the only truck tested featuring a push-button locking rear differential, Popular Mechanics drivers declared the 2007 Titan was "the best equipped for going off-road" and "the best in the dirt." But the praise didn't stop there. Outside, they proclaimed that Titan "has the most useful bed of the group." Inside, they called the Titan "roomy and comfortable." In fact, the Titan was so popular, it's no wonder testers fought for the privilege of driving it.
